The place is next to Ban Phe pier, convenient location to stay 1 night before go to Ko Samed or other islands. Many shops, cafes and a few banks are located in a few minutes away. For 3 star hotel is nice and comfortable to stay 1 night on the way from Bangkok to Ko Samed.

Thankful that the guard was able to show us to our rooms as we arrived late at night. The room was nothing fancy but was all we needed. Just stayed the night before heading over to Koh Samet.

The basic room price-to-reality ratio is pretty accurate. The rooms are very basic with old furniture and old tv but all works just fine. The room, sheets and towels are clean. There is shampoo and shower gel available. The WiFi is decent, A/C works just fine. It is a good place to stay for the night if you are looking to catch a Koh Samet ferry the next day.
